Thank you for choosing PAJACHI! We are committed to ensuring your new backpack arrives safely and promptly. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, responsibilities, and your rights concerning the delivery of your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM EST​ on business days (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please allow additional processing time for custom-made or promotional items, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping​ is offered on all orders over $50​ within the contiguous United States.

  • Orders below 5.99**.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories​ will incur an additional surcharge, calculated at checkout.

  • International shipping costs​ are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. The final cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customs and Import Duties:​ You, as the customer, are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to PAJACHI .

  • Customs Declaration:​ We will accurately declare the product description and value on the required customs forms as mandated by international shipping regulations . Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address, as this will be used for customs declaration.

5. Returns & Exchanges Shipping Responsibilities

  • Defective Items or Our Error:​ If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item due to our error, PAJACHI will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges:​ For returns or exchanges due to size preference or change of mind (initiated within 30 days of receipt, with items unused and in original packaging), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. PAJACHI will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

  • Refused or Undeliverable Shipments:​ If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

6. Risk of Loss & Order Tracking

The risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
